We believe that sustainable community development or resilience needs a solid foundation in education and civic engagement. In this sense, we create demand and support universal basic education through research, projects and collaborations in Homabay County and beyond.
SCORE CBO recognizes the transformative power of education in fostering community resilience, particularly in regions like Homabay and Migori. Our education initiatives in these areas aim to improve access to quality education, enhance learning outcomes, and build a culture of lifelong learning.
By focusing on education in Homabay and Migori, SCORE CBO aims to create a more educated and resilient population. Improved access to quality education leads to better academic performance, higher school retention rates, and increased opportunities for higher education and employment. Our initiatives also ensure that students are well-prepared to face future challenges, contributing to the overall stability and development of their communities.
Together, we can make a significant difference in the lives of children and young adults in Homabay and Migori, empowering them with the knowledge and skills they need to build a brighter future.
